Each player may hold only one phvet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from use of the phvet platform shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the phvet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and phvet governing your use of the Platform.
By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after any published revision to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are effective as of the date indicated at the top of this page. phvet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the phvet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
phvet employs age verification procedures during registration and at the KYC stage. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment source after deducting applicable processing fees.
The phvet Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. phvet makes no representations that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities — including individuals subject to court orders, self-exclusion agreements, or regulatory prohibitions — are not eligible to use the Platform.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the phvet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phvet uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are detected, phvet reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit bonus balances. Any real-money balance held in duplicate accounts may be consolidated into a single account at phvet's discretion or returned to the originating payment method.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
phvet is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and at other applicable trigger points. KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phvet may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All phvet Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated in the applicable game or product terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phvet Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access your Account.
phvet will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from phvet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify phvet promptly at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phvet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
phvet accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be indicated in the Platform's cashier section.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso fifty). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phvet Wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your Wallet depending on the originating bank's processing times.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phvet Account are from legitimate sources and are entirely your own. You must not deposit funds that originate from illegal activities, and you must not use the Platform for any money laundering or related activities.
phvet is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank outages, mobile wallet system maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a failed or unreconciled deposit, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Only real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus amounts subject to pending wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with phvet's anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the cashier section of the Platform. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the applicable loyalty programme terms.
phvet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated identity documents, proof of payment method, or supplementary source-of-funds information. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of any such checks.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the phvet Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phvet reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational use and may not be available to Players whose betting patterns indicate arbitrage, abuse of bonus terms, or other irregular activity.
Unless otherwise specified, Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus play — after full satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum withdrawal caps stated in the specific promotion terms.
All Games on the phvet Platform utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phvet's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits to verify compliance with fairness standards.
Theoretical return-to-player percentages for slot games are available within the individual game information screens. Live casino table games operate under standard house edge rules as published in each game's specific rules documentation accessible within the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting the outcome of a Game, phvet reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Wallet. The decision of phvet with respect to Game malfunctions is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Sports betting markets are subject to specific betting rules applicable to each sport and competition. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phvet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though phvet takes reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform security and availability.
You may close your phvet Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, phvet will process any eligible real-money balance for withdrawal to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification requirements.
phvet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct shall be forfeited. Your continued use of the phvet Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.1.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Civil Code of the Philippines, and relevant data protection legislation.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the phvet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phvet's customer support channels. Where amicable resolution is not achievable within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance, Players may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through their official channels as the relevant supervisory authority.
